This Communication Consent & TCPA Policy explains how Sobriety Select, LLC (“SobrietySelect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) communicates with users and how consent is obtained and used in compliance with:

- Reply “STOP” to any text message to opt out
- You may receive a confirmation message
- Message and data rates may apply
B. Phone Calls
- Inform the caller that you wish to stop receiving calls
- Requests will be honored in a commercially reasonable time
C. Email
- Use the unsubscribe link included in emails

Opting out of communications does not affect your ability to access general informational content on the Site.
6. Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies based on user activity and inquiries.
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
Sobriety Select, LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
7. Recordkeeping & Consent Documentation
Sobriety Select, LLC maintains records of:
- User submissions
- Consent timestamps
- Form language and disclosures in effect at the time of submission
These records may be used to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and related regulations.
8. Revocation of Consent
You may revoke consent at any time using the opt-out methods described above.
Revocation does not apply retroactively to communications already initiated in response to your request.
9. No Emergency Communications
SobrietySelect.com does not provide emergency services.
Communications are not monitored for emergencies.
